Our goal at Creative Products 4 Reading is to provide high-quality educational materials and digital learning tools that support students, teachers, and families. Because our products include both physical and digital items, our refund and return policies differ depending on the type of product purchased.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refunds & Return Policy. Please read each section carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the type of product purchased:

Physical Products (Books, Printed Materials, Kits)

You may request a refund if:

  • The item arrived damaged, misprinted, or defective.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all included materials.

Digital Products (PDFs, Downloads, Training Materials)

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable unless:

  • You experience a technical issue preventing access to the files.

  • You were charged in error.

Training Programs or Online Access

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:

  • You cannot access the training platform due to technical issues.

  • You were incorrectly billed or purchased by mistake and notify us within 24 hours.

Returns Process (Physical Products Only)

If you need to return an eligible physical item, please follow the steps below:

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Eligibility

4.1 Damaged or Defective Items

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective

  • You report the issue within 7 days of delivery

  • You provide photo or video evidence of the damage

If approved, you may receive:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

4.2 Incorrect or Missing Items

Refunds or replacements will be issued if:

  • You receive the wrong product

  • Items are missing from the shipment

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

4.3 Refunds for Lost Shipments

If tracking shows the package was:

  • Never delivered,

  • Lost in transit, or

  • Returned to sender due to carrier error,

We will issue a replacement or full refund.

If shipping was unsuccessful due to incorrect address provided by the customer, the refund may be denied.

Items that do not meet these conditions may receive a partial refund or no refund.

5.4 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees depend on the situation:

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong items → We cover the return shipping cost.

  • Customer-initiated returns (non-defective items) → Customer pays return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5.5 Processing Returned Items

  • Refund or replacement processed after approval

5.6 Refund Deductions

In some cases, a deduction may apply:

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

All digital products—including:

  • Digital downloads

  • Online training materials

…are non-refundable once delivered, due to their instant-access nature.

6.2 Sale or Discounted Items

Items purchased during:

  • Sales

  • Promotions

  • Special discounts

  • Limited-time offers

…are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6.3 Used or Altered Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of use

  • Damaged items not caused by shipping

  • Items with missing pages or writing

  • Altered or modified products

These are automatically classified as non-returnable.

6.4 Gift Cards or Store Credit

All gift cards and store credits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

6.5 “Change of Mind” Purchases

Returns based solely on personal preference—such as:

  • No longer wanting the item

  • Expecting a different style

  • Choosing a different teaching method later

6.6 Unapproved Returns

If an item is returned to us without prior authorization:

  • The item will not be eligible for a refund

  • Customer may be responsible for reshipment fees if the item is to be returned back to them

Exchanges Policy

8.1 Eligibility for Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Items that arrive damaged

  • Items with manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect items received due to our error

Exchanges are not available for:

  • Digital products

  • Items returned for “change of mind”

  • Used, worn, or altered items

8.2 Exchange Timeframe

To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The item must be returned within 14 days after approval

  • Items must be in unused, original condition

Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

8.3 Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved:

  1. You will receive exchange authorization and return instructions

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, the replacement will be shipped

8.4 Stock Availability

Exchanges depend on product availability.
If the item you want is out of stock, you may choose between:

  • A delayed replacement

  • A product of equal value

  • A refund (only if the issue was caused by us)

8.5 Cost Responsibility

  • If the exchange is due to our error or product defect → We cover the return shipping and replacement shipping.

  • If the exchange is requested for any other reason → Customer covers all shipping costs.

Order Cancellations Policy

9.1 Cancellation Timeframe

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order is in fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will fall under our standard return policy.

Digital product orders cannot be canceled once the download link has been sent.

9.2 How to Request a Cancellation

Requests submitted without complete information may be delayed.

Because processing begins quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed unless confirmed by our team.

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider

Any payment processing fees charged by your bank or provider are non-refundable.

9.4 Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

Pre-order and back-order items may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
After 48 hours, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be canceled unless we are experiencing delays or stock issues beyond the stated timeframe.
